What are the prizes? Gift cards. In the past there have been cards for Starbucks, DoorDash, Netflix, Pizza Hut, Sonic, and a bunch of other places that Jariel didn’t feel like using for himself. Who knows what other gift cards he's stockpiled? How do I win? Just have a bunch of points at the end of Halloween (there will be prizes for second and third place as well). Or find the golden ghosts for a prize. Easy-peasy. How do I get points? Slightly less easy-peasy. The classic method is finding a normal ghost and cleaning the place it was. You send proof of the ghosts to Jariel and you've got points. The shiny new method is showing up on time for your scheduled shifts. Apparently ghosts don’t like punctuality so they get scared when people show up when they are supposed to. Being on time or slightly early gets you a point. How many ghosts are there going to be? It depends. There will be five on the first day of October. Every day after that, 3 ghosts will be added. And each day every DB is completed (correctly), three extra ghosts will be showing up in the store. Signing off on a DB more than one day in the future does not count towards this bonus. Did you say something about a GOLDEN GHOST? Why, yes I did. A golden ghost can be turned in by itself for a prize. But they’re picky and only show up when the unbelievable happens. If there are no late employees for three consecutive AM shifts, a gold ghost appears. If there are no late employees for three consecutive PM shifts, a gold ghost appears. If the average out-the-door delivery time for the week is under 5.5 minutes, a gold ghost appears. This makes no sense. Feel free to ask questions if you're not sure what's happening, because chances are you've just been given a bad description by a sleep-deprived lunatic (judge me, I dare you). What's important is that you show up on time, clean stuff while you look for ghosts, and then clean the places where you find the ghosts. Basically, we want the store to sparkle like we wrapped it in rhinestones and glitter tape and the skin of a dozen sexy vampires in the sunlight, so bright that no ghost can even look at it, let alone claim it as a base of operations for a sinister cabal of semi-demonic entities.
