The Halloween Hunt Begins

Everyone knows that when each Jimmy Johns is built, Jimmy sends one of his corporate mages to transfer a sliver of his own soul into the building, giving it the power to slowly leech the life out of all who enter and keep a corporate eye upon his employees. But if the JimmySoul isn't strong enough, a local spirit can overpower it and take its place as the new Jimmy Ghost. It feeds on the cloud of negative energy that comes from dealing with malfunctioning cold tables, oppressive heat from multiple ovens, random POS and A/C failures, frequent JJ Rewards app issues and customers that are personally offended that we don’t have pastrami. The last couple of years have been interesting. The world is kinda craptastic, gas is expensive, wars are being waged and wages aren’t waging the way they used to. We lost our coffee neighbors last year. And our brewery buddies too. But on the bright side, a new brewery has opened up next door so things are technically looking up. Only, our new brewery doesn’t know that they’ve set up shop near a portal to the underworld where ghost will emerge to feast for the spooky season. It’s up to us to keep the ghosts from spilling over to the brewery. We must protect the beer at all costs. That, above all else, is why the ghosts must be stopped. All the bad vibes have built up to near apocalyptic proportions, making our store a tempting treat to any ghosts in the area. As we get closer to Halloween, more and more ghosts will appear in the store, soaking in the negativity and gaining strength while they hide in poorly cleaned and neglected spaces to plot their evil. Jimmy Johns will become a ghostly battleground, with dozens of spirits vying for power as we hunt the Jimmy Ghost. You must locate and eliminate as many of these ghosts as you can before All Hallows Eve, when the strongest shall take their place as the new Jimmy Ghosts! (insert some kind of Spider-man meme here) Mission: Collect and contain as many ghosts from your store as you can. Each normal ghost is worth 1 point. Each gold ghost can be turned in for a giftcard. Points can be claimed by sending evidence of a captured ghost (either a picture or the special code found on the ghost) or by handing the ghost directly to a your local necromancer (Jariel). Points must be claimed by 10/31/26 to count towards the game
